Birds of the Air

Paradise Whydahs and Doves

Creatively inviting Bird Life into Urban Habitats, Landscapes, Private and Public Gardens & Parkland Sanctuaries

A WORLD OF WINGS, FLIGHT & HARMONIOUS LIVING. There is much one can learn from societies of birds in observing their bonding characteristics, nest-building [in the relative safety of the boughs of trees, etc.], how they nurture their young, flock and navigate through the hidden paths of the air.

IT IS SAID by some that there are perhaps 300 billion birds alive at any given time on the Earth and bird-viewing can be enjoyed, of course, in both urban and rural environments provided one has allowed for a conducive setting to prevail. This series of photographs was taken in the Midlands Province of Zimbabwe; on a private property during the Winter Season, 2019.
